Scholarship Application Information
Woodford County Chiefs of Police Scholarship is open to anyone going into college or attending college in the field of Criminal Justice that attended high school within Woodford County. This $500 scholarship is given annually and has the following requirements. The applicant must reside in Woodford County or attended a high school within Woodford County and is going into college or is already attending college and going into the field of Criminal Justice. The Woodford County Chiefs of Police Association awards the scholarship at its quarterly meeting on the first Tuesday of July. Applications for the scholarship must be receive at any local law enforcement agency in Woodford County before the chiefs meeting in July. If awarded the scholarship, the recipient will need to provide a copy of their college class schedule to the Woodford County Chiefs of Police Association.
