Zumba

Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness workout. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba is effective and fun.

Our classes are led by a licensed instructor at the Community Building located within South Pointe Park. We hope that you will join us on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
